Luis Enrique Devis has over 28 years of professional experience in Brazil, Latin America and Europe
He has successfully completed more than 70 transactions with a combined value in excess of US$ 100bn across many sectors, such as agribusiness, retail, consumer, telecommunications, media, IT, industry and mining
Between 1999 and 2007, he worked at ABN AMRO based in São Paulo, New York and Bogotá
In the 1990’s, he was founding partner of IBS | Morgan Stanley and worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Corfivalle in Colombia
He graduated in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de los Andes
He is fluent in English, Portuguese, French and Spanish (native).
Before co-founding Metis, he was Latam’s
Head of M&A for Groupe Casino and Head of
M&A of Banco Santander in Brazil
