Rafael Bruno has over 26 years of experience in Brazil and Europe
He closed more than 51 M&A transactions with a combined value in excess of US$ 80bn across many sectors, such as food & beverage, agribusiness, infrastructure, telecommunications, metals & mining and others
Before co-founding Metis, he worked as a M&A Director at Bradesco BBI, as a Vice President at Santander’s M&A team (2009-2011), and as a Vice President at ABN AMRO’s Corporate Finance team in Brazil and in London (2004-2009)
Rafael Bruno has worked as a strategy consultant at Value Partners and Advisia (2002-2004)
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV and a MSc in Finance from the London Business School
He is fluent in English and Portuguese (native)
